Shipping Rates
The following rates apply for shipping our products to your country:
The Netherlands: € 2,-
Europe: € 3,-
The rest of the world: € 4,-
Returns
Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received back at our premises within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt and a completed returns form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please ship the items back to us prepaid and with the proper packaging, for your protection make sure to insure the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Non defective return items will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of &euro 10,- or 10%, whichever is greater.
Exchange items will be subject to a &euro 5,- handling fee and a re-delivery charge at the appropriate rate.
Defective items will be replaced without an additional delivery charge.

Important Information
* Orders are processed for shipment during normal Wolf-Eye Records business hours only (9am - 5:00pm, Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays).
* The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
* If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
* Wolf-Eye Records is not responsible for packages held by Customs.
* Wolf-Eye Records does not pay for International Duty or taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is solely responsible.
* Wolf-Eye Records is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
